Note: Actual tolerance depends on material, part geometry and drawing requirements.
Our manifold blocks are machined from solid raw material billets instead of casting. Multi‑axis CNC milling realizes complex internal crossing bores, threaded mounting holes and irregular contoured profiles in one or multiple setups. Strict raw‑material incoming inspection ensures material consistency. For aluminum grades including 6061‑T6 and 7075, we control machining parameters to minimize part deformation during heavy material removal. All critical bores, sealing faces and thread holes are finished with fine milling for stable dimensional repeatability. Custom material grades are supported as per client technical requirements.

Custom material grades available upon customer request.
Q1: Can you produce this custom mounting block from my CAD drawing?
A: Yes, custom manufacturing is available. Please send your drawing for technical evaluation and quotation.
Q2: What other materials can be used instead of 6061‑T6 aluminum?
A: We support stainless steel, brass, carbon steel, POM and other industrial materials for custom fixture components.
Q3: What flatness tolerance can you achieve for these mating milled surfaces?
A: Standard flatness within 0.03 mm, tight requirement down to 0.015 mm is achievable by precision CNC milling.
Q4: Can you add anodizing surface treatment for this aluminum mounting block?
A: Sure, we offer clear anodizing, hard anodizing and sandblasting treatment per your requirements.
Q5: What is your MOQ for custom CNC milled fixture mounting blocks?
A: Prototype small‑batch orders are supported. MOQ depends on part complexity, please contact us for detailed offer.
