These custom copper components are precision‑manufactured from high‑grade copper raw stock via multi‑axis CNC turning and CNC milling processes. Copper material delivers excellent electrical conductivity, superior thermal conductivity, good corrosion resistance and outstanding machinability. Our machined copper parts are widely used for heat dissipation, conductive assemblies, tooling fixtures and industrial machinery components. Strict process control maintains stable dimensional accuracy for your custom drawings and sample‑based requirements.
Challenge: Copper material is soft and prone to burr formation during high‑speed cutting; complex cavities, multi‑direction holes and thin‑wall features are easy to deform during material removal. Solution: Apply optimized CNC milling & turning cutting parameters, dedicated clamping fixtures, controlled cutting depth to avoid part distortion. Post‑process deburring plus full dimensional inspection guarantees clean burr‑free surfaces and tight tolerance consistency.

Note: Actual tolerance depends on material property, part geometry and drawing technical requirements.
Our custom copper parts are machined from solid copper billets or plates, no casting process. Soft copper material requires carefully tuned cutting feeds and speeds to prevent tool built‑up edge, part deformation and sharp burrs. For complex cavity, multi‑hole and contoured copper workpieces, multi‑axis CNC machining completes multiple features in fewer setups to ensure position accuracy. Incoming raw material inspection verifies copper grade consistency. We can process pure copper for high‑conductivity needs as well as brass alloys for better wear performance. Custom material grades are acceptable according to client technical specifications.
