Our custom aluminum flange adapter is high‑precision mechanical component fully CNC‑machined from solid aluminum stock, not cast parts. Solid bar or round aluminum billet guarantees excellent mechanical strength and stable dimensional consistency.
We mainly adopt 6061 and 7075 aluminum alloy as raw materials. 6061 aluminum provides good comprehensive performance for general‑purpose automation assemblies; 7075 aluminum features higher strength for heavy‑load working conditions. Stainless steel and brass material options are also available upon customer request.
Complex geometries including special‑shaped inner hollow cavity, counter‑bore steps and distributed threaded holes are completed by 3‑axis or 5‑axis CNC milling. Multi‑hole positions, flatness and coaxiality are tightly controlled during machining. All threads are precisely tapped to meet assembly requirements.
After machining, parts go through full deburring and ultrasonic cleaning to remove burrs, sharp edges and cutting oil residue. Aluminum workpieces are treated with blue hard anodizing. The anodized layer improves surface hardness, wear resistance and anti‑corrosion performance, delivering uniform brilliant blue metallic appearance. The machined inner‑wall keeps natural aluminum metallic texture.
Every finished component undergoes strict dimensional inspection before shipment. We can adjust dimensions, hole layout, thread specification and surface finish according to your CAD drawings, STEP files or physical samples. These custom flange plates serve as positioning & transition components for industrial automation equipment, robot fixtures, optical instruments and new‑energy machinery.

Q1: What materials are available for this custom flange adapter?
A: 6061 and 7075 aluminum alloy are our common choices. We also support 303/304 stainless steel and brass. We can recommend proper material according to your working load, weight and corrosion‑resistance requirements.
Q2: Which CNC equipment do you use to make these complex hollow flanges?
A: The special‑shaped inner cavity requires 3‑axis or 5‑axis CNC milling combined with turning process. Complex cut‑out features cannot be completed by simple lathe work.
Q3: What does blue anodizing do for aluminum parts?
A: Blue hard anodizing improves surface hardness, wear resistance and anti‑oxidation performance. Meanwhile it creates the uniform blue metal appearance. Inner machined surfaces can keep raw aluminum texture as shown on pictures.
Q4: What drawing formats do you accept for quotation?
A: STEP, IGES, DWG, DXF are preferred. PDF drawing with complete dimension information is acceptable. You can also send physical samples if you have no digital files.
Q5: Can I modify hole pattern, thread size or overall dimension?
A: Yes, this is fully OEM custom part. All features including outer diameter, inner cavity shape, hole layout and thread size can be adjusted as per your requirements. No fixed standard size.
Q6: Do you provide prototype samples before mass production?
A: Yes, sample service is available for function testing. Sample lead‑time and cost are different from bulk orders, please contact us for detailed quotation.
Q7: How do you control quality for custom CNC flange parts?
A: After CNC machining, all parts go through deburring and ultrasonic cleaning. We inspect dimension, flatness, hole‑position and thread before packing. Inspection report can be provided upon request.
Q8: What is your MOQ?
A: No strict MOQ. We support 1‑piece prototype, small‑batch trial order and large‑volume mass production.
Q9: What is your production lead‑time?
A: Prototype samples:5‑10 working days. Bulk production time depends on quantity and machining complexity. We will confirm exact lead‑time with you on formal quotation.
