Product Description
Custom CNC Machined Q235A Steel Bearing Housing Flange Sleeve

This precision Q235A steel bearing housing is manufactured from a customer drawing using CNC turning, combined with precision drilling for the flange mounting holes.

The component features a long cylindrical body, precision internal bore, stepped internal diameters, integrated flange and four equally spaced mounting holes. The critical bore and cylindrical surfaces require controlled dimensional accuracy, concentricity and surface finish to ensure reliable bearing alignment and stable assembly.

CNC turning is the primary machining process for this component. The cylindrical outer diameter, internal bore, stepped bore sections and end-face features can be efficiently machined through controlled turning operations. The flange mounting holes are subsequently drilled according to the drawing, with datum-based inspection used to maintain positional accuracy.

The finished component is nickel plated for improved surface protection and is suitable for custom OEM mechanical equipment, bearing assemblies, transmission systems and industrial machinery.

Product Specifications

Final dimensions, tolerances and geometric requirements are manufactured according to the approved customer drawing.

CNC Turning Machining Process

The geometry of this bearing housing makes CNC turning the key manufacturing process.

1. CNC Turning – Outer Diameter
The long cylindrical body and flange-related diameters are precision turned to establish the required external dimensions and datum surfaces.
2. CNC Internal Boring
The Ø60 mm internal bore and stepped Ø75 mm bore sections are machined using internal boring tools. Bore dimensional control is particularly important for bearing or shaft-related assembly applications.
3. Step & End-Face Machining
The internal stepped structures, end faces and chamfered areas are finished during controlled turning operations to reduce unnecessary secondary setups.
4. Flange Drilling
The flange incorporates 4 * Ø13 mm mounting holes on a Ø120 mm bolt circle. Precision drilling is used to maintain the hole diameter and positional relationship with the main rotational axis.
5. Dimensional & Geometric Inspection
Critical dimensions such as bore diameter, outside diameter, flange diameter, overall length and hole positioning are inspected against the customer drawing before surface treatment and final delivery.
